Interview Feedback

Google made a significant change to interview feedback form a few years ago. Instead of long paragraphs, interviewers simply add relevant facts. 

​

For each attribute, candidates are rated across preset standard guidelines. 

 

If the candidate is not successful, interviewers do not bother to add beyond a few lines.

Interviewers give their final hiring recommendation. If the candidates receive No Hire from the interviewers, they will likely be ineligible to apply for any other roles in Google. This is especially true if the candidates fail GCA questions.
